The vocabulary of the back office, as it appears in the code and the UI.
A/B test
Email campaign variant with its own subject/template and a percentage split. → Email campaign builder (wizard, A-B test, scheduling)
Activity
A marketing campaign (campaign model). Typed (promotion, event, loyalty…) and, for loyalty, carries an earning mechanic. → Activity editor (loyalty mechanics, rules & targeting)
Activity campaign
A lighter programme object that groups activities, proposals and pushes. Behind a centre flag. → Activity campaigns (programme grouping)
CandelarIA
The embedded Chatbase assistant. → CandelarIA smart assistant
Centre
A tenant of the platform (one shopping centre). Owns modules, languages, stores and customers. → Centre editor (modules, app config, integrations)
Close / validate month
Store-month lifecycle in intranet sales: unclosed → closed by the store → validated by management. → Store sales declaration & month closing
Connectif
Marketing-automation platform connected by API URL and key. → Third-party integrations & connectors
Coupon
Redeemable offer attached to a proposal, with usage and per-user limits. → Customer loyalty — coupon exchanges
DMI
Value on the annual sales statement that management can update. The code never expands the acronym. → Annual sales statement
Email bag
The centre’s email send quota, warned about in the campaign summary. → Email campaign builder (wizard, A-B test, scheduling)
Extra attribute
Centre-defined custom field on stores and/or proposals. → Extra attributes
Fidcard
External loyalty-card platform embedded in the back office. → Fidcard
Fideliza
External gift-card / present-card platform (and gift-voucher loyalty type). → Present cards (Fideliza gift cards)
Flame
Social-wifi integration (SSID + security type). → Social wifi & location services
Footfall / flows
Daily visitor, car and cinema counts. → Footfall (flows) & Yardi upload
Froged
In-app help and support chat widget. → In-app help & support chat (Froged)
Influence zone
Postal-code to catchment-zone mapping. → Influence zones
IntelliSales / Sovos
Sales derived from SAFT-E fiscal files instead of manual entry. → SAFT-E - IntelliSales import
Loyalty card / stamps

Module
A per-centre feature switch (center.modules). Gates menus, routes and form sections. → Role & module permission layer
MOF
An app navigation button (custom or standard menu). Managed in CMS. → App button manager (MOFs)
Multicentre proposal

PAC Virtual (PACV)
Customer receipt-upload channel, optionally read by Neodoc / Neuro OCR. → Third-party integrations & connectors
Proposal
A piece of app/web content (news, event, promotion) with an editorial workflow. → Proposal editor (content, coupon, push, AI images)
Receipt
A customer purchase receipt that, once validated, earns tickets, stamps or rewards. → Receipt verification queue
Reward
A prize issued against a loyalty activity; redeemable and reversible. → Customer loyalty — rewards
SAFT-E
Standard audit file for tax — the fiscal export stores upload monthly. → SAFT-E - IntelliSales import
Segment
A saved customer filter definition, reused as an audience everywhere. → Segment builder with automatic tag actions
Staff level
The back-office role (15 values). Combined with modules and record state to decide access. → Role & module permission layer
Store label
A commerce-type: groups stores so they can be targeted as a set. → Store labels (store types)
Tenant code
A store’s Yardi identifier, required to export its sales. → Sales status overview & Yardi export
Ticket
A raffle entry generated from a validated receipt. → Customer loyalty — raffle tickets
User tag
A user-type: label on customers, optionally an app-visible interest. → User tags (user types)
